PRICING

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery and shipping is dependent on the items you buy and the size.  

SHIPPING

How long does shipment take? Which areas do you deliver to?

All orders that are selected to be shipped can be shipped Australia wide however they will be dispatched by order and take around 7-10 working days.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If we are unable to deliver to the address, the parcel will be either left in safe place or held by the local Post Office for collection.

What happens if I provide you with the wrong address?

If you provide us with the wrong address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake. If you have placed your order with the wrong address, please email us at   hello@bubblybox.com.au as soon as possible to ensure that the address is corrected.

Please ensure that you leave your details at the check out page in order for us to contact you if there are any issues.

Can you deliver to an apartment/unit complex?

Yes we do deliver to apartments and units. Please clearly note the unit number when placing the order. Please refer to the Australia Post terms and conditions.

ORDERS

Can I make changes to my order?

You will need to email us at   hello@bubblybox.com.au, and we will try to assist with your request.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation of order incurs a $10 administrative fee regardless of box value. Money will be refunded less this fee.

If cancellation notice is received with less than 48 hours notice, cancellation is void.

A cancellation notice must be placed in email to   hello@bubblybox.com.au.

Will the recipient know who the gift is from?

That’s up to you! A small card is included with each gift. Enter your personalised gift message when checking out – the sender’s name is not printed anywhere else on the package, and so it’s important that the card is filled so that you get credit where credit’s due!

 

PAYMENTS AND RETURNS

What methods of payment do you accept?

PayPal and credit card.

  Returns (Change of mind)

As a valued customer, we want to you know that we care and vow to ensure you have a great experience with our products and us. If you change your mind there is a 30 day return policy.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on the following products:

  • Monogrammed and personalised gifts
  • Personalised Gift Boxes
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons

Return options are as follows:

  • Exchange for another item
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original card used
  1. Ensure the gift is unused and in the original packaging as it needs to be in saleable condition in order for the return to be accepted
  2. Contact us at  hello@bubblybox.com.au  to let us know that the gift is on its way back to us and how you would like the return to be processed:
    • Exchange for another item
    • Store credit
    • Refund to the original card used
  3. We will email notify you of the return address; please ensure you detail the order number if possible
  4. We will email you once the item has arrived back with us and the return has been processed
  5. Please note we do not hold any responsibility for any items being returned during the delivery process

If the gift arrives damaged or is faulty

We do everything in our power to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition, however occasionally deliveries do sustain damage in transit or a product may be faulty.

If you receive a gift that is not in perfect condition, please follow these steps:

  1. Take photos of the damage (if visible) and send them to  hello@bubblybox.com.au  so that we may assess the damage
  2. If no damage is visible or if the item is faulty or not as described on our website, contact us on   hello@bubblybox.com.au
  3. Let us know how you would like the return to be processed:
    • Exchange for another item
    • Store credit
    • Refund to the original card used
  4. We will email notify you of the return address; please ensure you detail the order number if possible
  5. We will email you once the item has arrived back with us and the return has been processed
