Prices and payment

A purchase signifies that you agree to pay for all the products and services you order on Bubbly Box. All prices are inclusive of GST. All prices are exclusive of delivery fee. Prices of products may change from time to time. We will never change the price of anything you have already ordered and paid for.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We accept payment by PayPal and credit card.

Days of operation

We do not operate on Saturdays and Sundays and certain public holidays. Please feel free to contact us at   hello@bubblybox.com.au  to confirm days of operation.

Returns and refunds

As a valued customer, we want to you know that we care and vow to ensure you have a great experience with our products and us. If you change your mind there is a 30 day return policy.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on the following products:

  • Monogrammed and personalised gifts
  • Personalised Gift Boxes
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons

Return options are as follows:

  • Exchange for another item
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original card used
  1. Ensure the gift is unused and in the original packaging as it needs to be in saleable condition in order for the return to be accepted
  2. Contact us at  hello@bubblybox.com.au  to let us know that the gift is on its way back to us and how you would like the return to be processed:
    • Exchange for another item
    • Store credit
    • Refund to the original card used
  3. We will email notify you of the return address; please ensure you detail the order number if possible
  4. We will email you once the item has arrived back with us and the return has been processed
  5. Please note we do not hold any responsibility for any items being returned during the delivery process

All products are made to order therefore require time to make prior to dispatchment. Generally orders are dispatched to Australia Post for shipping within 3-5 business days. Bubbly Box holds no responsibility for parcels not meeting your time frames/deadlines. If you require an order urgently we recommend that you upgrade to express post or speak to us at hello@bubblybox.com.au.
