Refund policy

Bubbly Box owes its success to our unwavering commitment to customer service.

From the moment you place your order, our team works closely with you to ensure you receive products that exceed your expectations. 

While we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for errors on text, we take great care in our packing process to minimize breakages. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage for a replacement with 72 hours of receiving the products. Any reporting outside this time frame we will not be able to send the replacement at no cost. 

Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are only available if an error is made on our part and the production process has not yet begun. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team.  Items should be returned to Bubbly Box, PO BOX 1159 ROBINSON VIC 3019, with your name and order number included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your item, refunds are processed the next business day onto your original payment method, with funds typically appearing in your account within 3 business days.
